3. Free Consultation – Refundable Deposit Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of the Deposit
A £50 refundable deposit is required to secure your consultation appointment at Stockport Implant Centre.
This deposit ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you and helps us manage waiting lists efficiently.
The consultation itself is completely free of charge — you will not pay anything for the professional time or advice if you attend your appointment as scheduled.
2. Refund Conditions
- The £50 deposit will be fully refunded after you attend your consultation.
- Refunds are automatically processed to the same payment method used at booking.
- Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 working days after attendance.
- No deduction or administrative fee will be applied.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: full refund of the £50 deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: deposit is non-refundable.
- Failure to attend (no-show): deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
This policy ensures that our clinical team’s time and resources are used efficiently and that appointment slots remain available to other patients.
4. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once free of charge, provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
- If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend the rescheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
5. Clinic-Initiated Changes
In the unlikely event that Stockport Implant Centre needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- A new appointment date, or
- A full refund of your deposit — whichever you prefer.
6. Refund Method
- Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used when booking.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
4. Appointments, lateness & cancellations
Please arrive on time. SMS/email reminders are a courtesy only. If you are late, please call us as soon as possible.
Missed appointments may incur fees and treatment may be suspended until balances are settled.
Minimum notice to reschedule/cancel:
- Non-surgical appointments: 2 working days’ notice
- Surgical appointments: 10 days’ notice
Short-notice cancellations and failures to attend (FTA) may be charged up to
50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
We may refuse further appointments after repeated late cancellations/FTAs.
